Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return policy is designed to make the process easy:
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).
  • Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. There will be a full 100% refund with no deductions if the error is ours.
    • Damaged Merchandise: If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 24 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday.
    • Defective Merchandise: Manufacturers warranties do apply to defective merchandise, please contact the manufacturer for any manufacturer's warranty issues.
  • Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping. If you would like to return an item, please contact us to initiate the return process, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Discontinued items
    • Tee line products
    • Items that have been used or are not in their original packaging

Return Authorization

Return authorization is required for any returned merchandise. There are two ways to start the return process: 
  • If you created an account at checkout: Sign-in to your account and go to the orders tab. From there, find the order you'd like to return and click the "Return" link and follow the prompts. Once we receive your return request, we'll work with you get your shipping label and return the item to us.
  • If you purchased your item as a guest: you can start your return by going to the Contact Us page, selecting “Returns and Exchanges” in the Subject field, and placing your order info with reason to return in the Inquiry field. Please include your order number and we'll respond ASAP.

Non-Authorized Returns

Items that are shipped back to us within 30 days, without proper authorization, are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and actual shipping charges. 
Once we receive your item, please allow 7-10 days before you see your refund posted back to your credit card account. We will email you notifying you that your credit has been issued. If you have any questions or need further assistance with returns, please reach out through our Contact Us page.
