Martin Hall: Martin Hall here for Five Star Golf Mats. I'm on the 5x5 Commercial Octagon Mat, a super mat, it is. It's got 1 and quarter in total thickness, engineered to withstand high traffic in commercial settings, super mat. Joined by my friend, Chris. How are you on this windy morning at Ibis, Chris?

Chris Didio: I'm good Martin, thanks. How are you?

Martin Hall: Now, he hits the ball miles. He really does! He launches it almost into outer space. But! I'm still going to teach him to hit it farther. How about that? Would you like to hit it farther?

Chris Didio: Always.

Martin Hall: Everybody would. Look, this is a drill suggested by Dr Rob Neil, I think, the
best sports scientist in golf. On the golf course, we all tire. We all lose a bit of speed. Here's a drill you can do, Chris: you can take two irons and then you oppose them. You turn the head up on one, down on the other. Now, I'm going to swing left-handed here so I'm like a mirror image to you. Okay? But I want to start with some small swings and then build that up and really start to have at it. More speed, ándale, ándale! Quicker, quicker, quicker! Now, if you then give me
one of those clubs, and you quickly swing that one, you will see you've essentially rebooted the
engine. And that was a lot of speed! Now, he always has a lot of speed, but here's the thing: everybody tires in a round of golf. Could you feel how that helped you speed up a little bit?

Chris Didio: Oh yeah! It felt a lot lighter.

Martin Hall: Yeah, it felts a lot lighter. That's a very good thing. So try the Two Club drill when you're on the golf course, it’ll help you hit it farther. That's going to help!
